All prices reflect monthly pricing for new customers.   Please call for annual pricing. If a Verizon-area client closes account prior to completion of one-year term, an early termination fee will apply (minimum $90). Cancellation orders must be requested 5 business days prior to end of month to ensure billing for the next month does not occur; charges are non-refundable if service is terminated prior to close of month. Prices may change without notice. Volume, non-profit and educational discounts are available. Line speeds are those published by the telephone company and are only guaranteed to perform at the speeds guaranteed by the telephone company. Circuit taxes apply.

Covad Business DSL accounts require one of the following: a) Efficient Networks Speedstream 5871 IDSL router $359.00; b) Efficient Networks Speedstream 5851 SDSL router $359.00; c) Netopia 4652-T SDSL/IDSL Router $289.00.

Effective December 1st, 2010, the Supplier Surcharge Recovery Fee will increase to $3.79 per month for all DSL clients due to increased network and supplier charges and related operating costs. The Supplier Surcharge includes Federal Universal Service Fund recovery fees that are still charged on internal network components within our network as well as a supplier imposed surcharges which are not taxes or government imposed fees.
